my stay at this so-called hotel was nothing short of a disaster. the cleanliness was horrendous, with a dirty nightstand and trash uncollected. additionally, I barely received any special treatment, despite being the guest of honor. it’s shocking that they don’t have proper electric vehicle charging stations available for anything other than Teslas. almost penned a good review, but just couldn’t.

i returned to the novotel after a previous stay and was pleased with the upgraded executive room. the kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was enough to fuel us for the day. overall, my short visit exceeded my expectations, making it a comfortable stay once again.
